Get More Out of Giving
Our Get More Out of Giving program is rooted in the belief that true growth comes through service to others. Through this program, students at Victory Futures Academy learn the value of giving their time, resources, and support to those in need—both within and beyond our community. Whether volunteering, organizing drives, or supporting peers, students experience the impact and fulfillment that comes from helping others. This program builds empathy, compassion, and a deeper sense of purpose, shaping students into leaders who understand that success is not just about what you achieve, but how you uplift others along the way.

Life Skills
Our Life Skills program at Victory Futures Academy gives students hands-on experiences in essential real-world tasks—like DIY home projects, basic mechanics, cooking, and home economics. These practical courses teach students how to be self-sufficient, capable, and confident as they prepare for adulthood. Whether it’s changing a tire, cooking a meal, or fixing something around the house, our students gain the knowledge and independence they need for everyday life. In a world where life readiness matters more than ever, this program ensures our graduates are prepared not just academically, but for anything life throws their way.

Culture Exposure
Our Culture Exposure program is an inspiring opportunity for high school students to expand their horizons by immersing themselves in diverse experiences and perspectives. Whether it’s hiking the Grand Canyon, exploring vibrant cities, or learning about different cultures and histories, students gain a deeper understanding of the world beyond the classroom. Each adventure is designed to challenge comfort zones, open minds, and spark curiosity about how others live and think. With plans to travel across the country — and eventually abroad — this program empowers students to see the world with fresh eyes and become more thoughtful, empathetic global citizens.

Financial Literacy
Financial literacy is a critical life skill, and high school is the perfect time for students to start learning how to manage money wisely. At Victory Futures Academy, we use the Dave Ramsey high school curriculum to give our students a strong foundation in budgeting, saving, investing, and avoiding debt. Understanding how money works empowers students to make smart financial decisions now and in the future. Our goal is to graduate students who are not only academically strong, but also financially equipped for life. This is just one way we prepare our students for long-term success beyond the classroom.

Individual Pathways
(College and Career)
Our Individual Pathways program is dedicated to empowering and preparing every student to graduate high school with a clear, personalized plan for their future. Whether their next step is college, a career, or other educational opportunities, students gain the knowledge and skills they need for lifelong success. Through college application training, inspiring guest speakers, campus tours, career exploration, internships, and more, we ensure students are ready to take on the world with confidence. This rigorous, supportive program opens doors and equips students to build the future they dream of.

Future Funds
Our Future Funds program gives every Victory Schools student a head start on their financial future by helping them open a personal bank account while still in high school. Students can earn up to $10,000 by meeting goals in academics, attendance, behavior, GPA, club participation, and program requirements. These funds can be used for a menu of carefully selected options designed to support each student’s path to life success. This unique program builds financial literacy, rewards hard work, and sets students up to invest in their future. For more information, please reach out to our Principal with any questions!

Public Speaking
Public speaking is a vital skill that builds confidence, sharpens communication, and prepares students to lead in any setting. At Victory Futures Academy, we have a robust public speaking curriculum and a clear rubric that is integrated into every aspect of our high school experience—including academics, sports, clubs, and more. Students regularly practice speaking in front of others, learning to organize their thoughts, present ideas clearly, and connect with diverse audiences. Whether delivering a class presentation or leading a team, our students develop the voice and presence needed for college, careers, and life.
